Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
I am using it across the whole organisation. Timesheets, shifts and journals. Newsfeed etc.
As the manager I can see who is where in the organisation which is helpful as we have 2 locations. Top level decisions about who can go on leave are addressed avoiding cross over of too many employees on leave concurrently.

Pros
- Shift allocations.
- Ease for employees to clock on and off.
- Fairly easy to onboard a new employee.
Cons
- Uploading HR documents.
- Another level between administrator and supervisor who can still approve actual leave but still no access to pay levels, etc.
- We have had a lot of hiccups getting Deputy and Xero to talk to each other.
- It has met the objective of working out who should be getting paid overtime.
