Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We have several projects and with Deputy we easily divide which costs as it has a feature of location. The best thing from manager perspective is also the scheduling feature where it allows them to manage the roster more easily. As me, software engineer, I like the way how the API is built. It is quite straightforward and not too complicated. In fact, I was the one who suggests Exel group to move to Deputy. We used Replicon before.
- Scheduling.
- TimeSheet with mobile and detect location.
- Editing timesheet needs to be approved straight away (not always our case).
- Cost saving (compared to Replicon).
- Application Programming Interface (API).
In terms of cost, Deputy is cheaper and it has a scheduling feature whereas not for Replicon. However according to HR manager, Replicon is more user friendly in terms of functionality and GUI. As for me, I would prefer Deputy's API connection compared to Replicon's. It is more complex to be honest. Deputy's better.
