Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Our guys use Deputy to cost out to jobs. It is an easy way to log where they are working and for how long.
  • Logs where workers are.
  • Support - [I think] Deputy "back end" help desk is absolutely hopeless. I have had an issue for months - the online support ask the same questions, I know it needs to be escalated straight away - but I have to go through the same issues time and time again before being escalated to back end people who can help me. They don't phone, but use e-mail - so it is a very slow process.
  • Time wasted only.

When it works - it's great. When it doesn't work - it's time consuming and frustrating.
Initially, we implemented the program easily.
My only issue is the support - or lack of it. Deputy would be awesome if it worked as it has done, but things change and my filters seem to change along with it. Support [in my experience] is very very slow - the team online try, but the higher up support is what I usually require, and it is like getting hens teeth.
