Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Our guys use Deputy to cost out to jobs. It is an easy way to log where they are working and for how long.

- Support - [I think] Deputy "back end" help desk is absolutely hopeless. I have had an issue for months - the online support ask the same questions, I know it needs to be escalated straight away - but I have to go through the same issues time and time again before being escalated to back end people who can help me. They don't phone, but use e-mail - so it is a very slow process.
