Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is being used by our whole organization for time-keeping and schedules across our 31 sites. We are an after school and summer program.

  • It is very detailed and has a lot of bells and whistles that take time to learn.

  • Easier trouble-shooting for scheduling.

We are all just learning the intricacies of Deputy and until we work out the kinks; there will be a big learning curve for us.
It did take us providing feedback regarding our trainer to be able to get a different trainer to help our team learn the system.
Deputy has a solid program for scheduling multiple staff across multiple sites. It allows our staff to be able to see all of their sites in real time and allows for both time-keeping and scheduling in one place.
