Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is used by our entire organization. We use it for timesheets, along with our daily tasks. It allows our staff members to communicate with each other by task lists and allows us to all stay on track with daily tasks ensuring that nothing gets left behind or missed. It solved many problems with our rostering, allowing staff to take time off when needed and swap shifts with other staff.

We have only previously used Timestation years ago, as our clock-in and service. Deputy has many more venue-specific advantages and is well worth it if you have multiple places that a staff member could be working.

It's very simple to use, and even more simple to implement each week if your staff are on a rotating roster or are very often changing shifts.
It was very simple to set up and had no issues whatsoever implementing Deputy, or onboarding or offboarding staff when required.
It works well within hospitality venues, as most staff are usually younger. It has allowed us to roster around their activities, budget for school holidays, and make sure that nobody is overworked or not working their intended shifts.
