Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
A convenient way to track multiple employees across various divisions. Multiple user approval levels are required and keep all timesheets in one place. [In my opinion,] set up can be problematic with so many users, especially accessing information that is not readily available generally, e.g. payroll information.
- Easy to use timesheets.
- Easy to use leave applications.
- Easy approval for managers.
- Simple timesheet reporting.
- Setup assistance.
- Access to people directly for assistance.
- [It is] inexpensive timesheet recording.
- We're probably not going to use it to full capability.
- QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)
Syncs with our job's scheduling program and our payroll system. More expensive, but better suited for less data entry on jobs and payroll. We do not sync Deputy to payroll, so [it is a] quite laborious task data entering timesheets manually.

Would you buy Deputy again?
Generally easy to use, but, [in my experience,] changing settings was problematic. [I felt like I] couldn't speak to a person directly and it took too long get the answers required.
