Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use it for our scheduling and time-tracking across our five cafes and wholesale coffee roasting organization. We use it across the entire organization to track time, and more importantly, make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Pros
- Ease of use for my team.
- Easy to make schedule adjustments on the fly.
- Easy to copy one weeks schedule to another.
- Easy to enter leave and employee unavailability.
Cons
- Integration with ADP payroll is very glitchy and not intuitive.
- Customer support by chat is great, however it would be better if I could have the option of speaking with someone on the phone as well.
- A cleaner integration with ADP where I could not have to enter salary information twice for instance would be great.
- Payroll accuracy has gone up.
- My employees are much happier because they can now easily manage time off requests, shift swaps, etc.
- My life, as president has gotten easier because scheduling that used to take me 8 hours a week manually, now takes only four.
Deputy had more functionality and a lower price than most of the other placed I considered. Many other solutions require a continually growing subscription fee to add functionality. Deputy provided all needed functionality up front.
