Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We're a very small floral design company. We primarily use Deputy as time clock for our contracted workers to record their work hours daily or whenever they work with us. We also use the feature to allow the contracted workers to identify what particular area of work their time relates to, i.e., wedding, corporate event, administrative time, other. This helps us allocate our labor to the specific profit and loss statement we are creating for our financial statements. We do our payroll manually from the timesheet in Deputy since we are so small and do not have that many contracted workers.
- Ease of use. It's a system that's easy for everyone to navigate.
- Totals timesheets each week, which is helpful.
- This is difficult to address since we haven't delved deeply into all aspects of what Deputy can provide.
- Definitely time saved.
- We are able to track how much time our workers do or do not put in for their lunch time, etc.
- Enables us to do payroll very quickly at the end of each pay period.
This is not applicable since we haven't used other systems.
