Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is used by all staff, including the Occupational Therapist, management and administration assistants. It provides a system that is easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, intake client details into each client file and is easily setup on the iPad. It provides a nonsense free, great user experience which is intuitive.
  • Schedules of staff are easy to manage
  • Quick uploading of documentation
  • Client file is easy to understand
  • Training on any invoicing through powerdiary would be beneficial, as I do not know how to send invoices.
  • Sometimes SMS messages are sent to clients as we accidentally left the slider on and we’re charged for each message.This should automatically be turned off for some organisations that don’t use the feature.
  • Data has not been formally taken regarding this, as I have used Deputy since starting Optimal Healthcare. I receive positive feedback from all permanent and casual staff regarding the ease of use of the system.
No comparison. Procura was difficult to update, far too complicated, the writing was very small which would have been challenging for older staff to read, and even after the training it was very hard for staff to manage using it. Powerdiary is the best system I’ve ever seen.

It’s a great system that is clear, accessible and can be used across different technology easily I.e iPad, iPhones, android phones, Mac laptops and windows laptops. Would highly recommend powerdiary due to its usability.

Deputy is fantastic for healthcare companies as this amount of detail in the client files are required and ongoing schedules are needed. Deputy would not be useful for building/trades companies that have a larger team, as there is no map of all the jobs all tradesmen are going to be based in on a certain day. ( as only 1 schedule can be viewed at a time).
