Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

I use Deputy to schedule shifts for staff across two locations for weeks ahead. It is also used by staff to put in unscheduled shifts for extra work they do. I can list details on their shift - tasks involved, information such as address, title of work to be undertaken.
  • Shows the calender clearly so I can see who is working when
  • Can have different locations
  • can nominate exactly which shifts to send out without sending them all again
  • When editing a shift I wish you could change the date, not just times and staff name
  • It is a great time saving tool. Can write information in shift so staff can see. Saves having to contact them via email or text so saves time.
I have not needed to use any other products. Deputy has always done everything I have needed.

I find it very easy to use. I probably don't use it to its full capabilities as I use just what I need.
It was very easy to implement. Most staff have used it before. It is easy to use.
We have 2 studios and staff work between both. Deputy is great as I can have an area for each and easy to see where they are working. It is easy to see who is working where. It has room to write notes so staff can see so make communication easier. They can see any updates when they sign on. The App is so easy to use also.
