Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy across all departments of our business, from Vineyard to Cellar Door and Housekeeping.
I really appreciate being able to see who is on site over the weekend when I am not at work - visibility.
  • Time stamping shifts
  • Multiple awards
  • Synchronising with MYOB
  • We do find the Help feature frustrating at times - therefore a more helpful Chat would be good!
  • It would be good if Deputy could push the updated Award pay rates into MYOB
  • We save at least 3 hours every week when processing payroll with Deputy in comparison to our previous paper based system.
  • Huge positive impact on the general safety of our employees. We know exactly when the arrive and where they are located when on-site.

I find Deputy very easy to use. The only minor suggestion is that as a Manager, it would be helpful if I could approve leave requests on my phone.
Implementation was very smooth, I don't remember anything difficult. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

  • Deputy is well suited to an organisation that has multiple departments or multiple locations as well as hours of work that are not standard.
  • Deputy is not well suited when staff do not have a mobile phone or are not willing to use a mobile device as multiple tablets will then need to be supplied.
