Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across the whole organisation. It has solved the issue of having to locate where contractors are working and reaching them.
- Clocking in and out.
- Schedule use on mobile.
- Maintain staff contact details.
- Maintain past employees.
- Contact tracing.
- Don't be all about the money, we have about 90 contractors so when we get told we have to pay a horrific amount to get the online schedule it's not good. This is why I keep my options open, we have 2 sites with 30 contractors on a different app as it doesn't cost us for the online schedule. That's 30 that Deputy doesn't get paid for. The schedule on the desktop should be free.
- When someone accidentally creates an identical user we get charged 2 times. Should have a way to error if the name is identical rather than just the email.
- Helps maintain staff hours.
Vistab GO Mobile (OLYMPIC SOFTWARE) GO is perfect for timesheets and truck drivers. We use these as well. They are very affordable and make admin life easier for the users that can't use Deputy.
