Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is currently used to manage all out staff rosters as well as providing information they need to complete the role assigned. We have 5 key areas in which we break our roster down into and Deputy allows us to allocate resources accordingly as well as allocating appropriate staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pros
- Assists with rostering appropriate staff to roles or events.
- Keeps track of time sheets.
- Provides warnings of when something is due or about to be missed.
Cons
- As the system administrator for my company, I would like to have the option of hovering over the event type in the schedule and see the finer details without having to open it up. This would allow me to see at a glance what the event is, who is rostered and times required. We have several different areas that our staff cross over too and it's hard to manage without having to see the details.
- Ability to isolate the individual staff members' calendar export. I recently had an issue where I was trying to export/maintain my roster in my calendar and each time I was also exporting my colleagues' roster. Not sure how this can be fixed but having a better process would be good.
- Allocation of resources such as vehicles or equipment. Currently, we document this in the event but I have to copy and paste across each one. Would like to see an option to attach a document to the event.
- Has assisted in keeping accurate time sheets of all staff across all sectors.
- Assist with a better over all picture to be able to service out clients needs.
- Reliable in accessing the data and exporting reports.
