Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We were using Excel spread sheet, manually calculating hours and trying to juggle shift changes. Deputy has changed everything. Copy / paste roster templates, Swap shifts, Auto-calculation of hours, notifications when team members are unavailable. Saves so much time and hassle, employees all know how to use the app quickly with little to no training.

Systems work great for the hospitality industry, we probably don't use the program to its full advantage but saves so much time and is easy to communicate with employees and upload new starters etc. Highly recommend.
