Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy across the whole company, managing multiple locations. It's great for accuracy and making sure everyone is going to the right place and right time. It also makes payroll much easier.
  • Makes payroll quicker.
  • Makes holiday request easy.
  • Stops employee mistakes, arrival time, etc.
  • Being able to see shift notes on employee shifts once the shift has started.
  • Speed on loading on website.
  • Use the word Holiday not Leave outside the USA.
  • For a relatively small amount of money the solves loads of small problems.
  • Enables full remote management of shift, arrival times.

It's great. If there was one problem I would say the scheduling page is a little 'busy' lots of extra features have been added and it now looks a little crowded.
Went as planned, quick and easy.
Great for companies with shift work, changeable start and finish times. Makes it really easy. Less useful if you're just a mon-fri 9-5 company where everyone works the same shifts all the time. It's not to say it would be bad, just less useful.
