Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is in the process of being rolled out across the organization after successfully rolled out through to 6 other departments. Collectively it has streamlined and standardized scheduling and payroll reporting, as well as encouraged better communication amongst all employees and the organization.

Much more intuitive system, and being cloud-based you are able to work from anywhere. The controls such as stress profiles on Deputy make it easier to schedule without looking up data from spreadsheets and forms.

Deputy provides excellent online training, and access to a host of training videos and articles making it very user friendly. It also provides a support live chat feature which is answered 24/7.
At the time of setting up Deputy, we had to consider a lot of bespoke options to make it work for our organisation, not realising that the platform we were using to trial features would end up being the platform we would continue with once activated.
During the pandemic, Deputy has proven effective at keeping the organization together with effective communication tools. It also responds well to the ever-changing schedules with live updates for all employees.
