Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a busy catering company with different sites and we use Deputy for many reasons. Super easy to send out shifts to staff, and even easier for staff to sign in and out of their shifts. It integrates with our payroll system so even that is now a breeze.

Deputy

Once we saw what Deputy we as capable of doing and how much time it would save our admin and payroll staff there was no point looking at another program. It is such an easy program/app to have that I don’t think anything else comes close to it.

Usability

It is set up for anyone of any level to use. You can’t go wrong. It is so easy for staff to sign in and out. It’s easy for them to request leave through there or let us know they’re not available. Deputy has worked wonders for admin and payroll staff. It’s streamlined the entire process. It’s made it all so so easy.

Implementation Rating

Great implementation. No issues. Questions were answered when we needed them to be answered. Things were explained so it was easy to understand. Support was available which was amazing.

Busy catering company multiple locations. Easy to use for staff to sign on to shifts and sign out. Super easy for management to create and send rosters. Super easy for payroll to collate the pay each week. Deputy streamlined processes for us and saved so much time for payroll and admin staff. It’s unbelievably easy to use. Download the app on your phone and off you go. Cannot recommend it more highly. It’s been great having this. It’s saved us all so much time. You can even broadcast messages to all staff to multiple sites. Just brilliant.
