We utilise Deputy to roster all of our staff on their shifts, often multiple shifts across multiple locations. It allows us to have an overview of our staffs' allocation to the requirements of each job. We often have multiple jobs at multiple sites running at the same time. We need to ensure the right people are in the right location at the right time.

It solves the vast majority of our rostering needs. We work on live events which often results in a constantly changing environment.
Allowing us to allocate resources and plan months in advance while being able to edit shifts on the day and have the team confirm these instantly is great. There are industry-specific floors that we work around but we also work in a very unique industry where resource management is ever-evolving.
