Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We utilise Deputy to roster all of our staff on their shifts, often multiple shifts across multiple locations. It allows us to have an overview of our staffs' allocation to the requirements of each job. We often have multiple jobs at multiple sites running at the same time. We need to ensure the right people are in the right location at the right time.
- Allows a visual layout of staff allocation.
- Shows us who has confirmed the shift.
- Ability to have the same person allocated to several tasks at one site but only need to confirm the overall time.
- Easier layout view for when team have multiple shifts in one period.
- We cut our rostering time down by half.
- Having real-time access for employees with shift times has eliminated people turning up at the wrong time.
