Overall Satisfaction

  • Desk.com is a great tool for tracking client issues and requests. It is easy to configure and change as your business changes. Building rules and logic is easy with the Desk.com interface.
  • Customer care metrics are easy to track with the help of Desk.com
  • The product does have a fair amount of outages.
  • Less time spent per customer with higher results. Overall, customer satisfaction has increased, but time/case is down.
I am not the decision maker with regards to renewal. I'd recommend a renewal.
