DialPad with Service Titan
Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
We are using it in conjunction with Service Titan. However, we have 1/2 of our users that are not Service Titan users. We are using for inner office communication and to call customers. The entire organization is using it at this time. We switched because of long wait times, dropped calls, not being able to hear, and a number of other issues. The calls with DialPad have been 90% better so far and the calls are crisp and clear.
Pros
- Call quality.
- Ease to use.
- Answering calls when you aren't at your desk.
Cons
- Speak to call.
- Extensions w/o a ring.
- Not sure about ROI yet.
We use a mixture of a Polycom desk phone, head set, & ear piece. All have worked excellently!
