We use Dialpad Sell every single day for communicating with prospects in our pipelines as well as current client partners. The system is easy to use, has a great interface, and is great for tracking our communication efforts and team metrics.

Reaching out to prospects and being able to refer back to our call transcripts. Any time I wrap up a call with a prospective client, I am able to rename our call & their contact information for east reference to keep things organized within my sales desk. Dialpad also integrates very well with external products such as Salesforce, Slack, and Gmail. Using Dialpad Sell with these products hasn’t not only enhanced them but has also improved by closing success rate and allows me to get deals done 20% faster. Not appropriate for personal use or non business related calls.
