DialPad Talk - an Excellent Option for Solo Attorneys and Small Law Firms

I am currently in the final testing stages of DialPad Talk, before making a final decision to replace our current telephony vendor RingCentral. The primary aspect of DialPad Talk that got me interested enough to spend the time to evaluate the service was its integration with Clio, which is our CRM platform. DialPad Talk has become part of my daily workflow in very short order. It's AI ability to produce a transcript of a telephone conversation on the fly is remarkable. I have had a couple of dropped calls, almost always after 45+ minutes, and not clear whether it was DialPad Talk, our internet provider Comcast, or on the other side of the conversation. The UberConference product with a dedicated conference phone line without need for Codes is a great concept, but have not had the opportunity to use much as of this review. The biggest drawback to DialPad Talk is that the service does not currently support fax on the same number as voice and text.
