Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad Talk is being used by multiple departments at one physical location to start. The solution Dialpad is replacing was clunky and based on old technology. Being kind, it was hard to support. In reality it wasn't very useful when we all had to start working remotely.
- The viewable voicemail is one that stands out for me. I'm in meetings or providing support so much I can read the voicemail while still being present in the meeting.
- Dialpad's ability to ring my desk, or my cell is awesome. More awesome is it's easy to move back and forth wherever I am.
- The call quality is SO much better than our previous solution.
- The setup instructions were a little challenging.
- It would be more convenient to have the voicemail greeting easier to access, rather than in the Account Settings....or have the account settings easier to access.
- It would be nice to have a voicemail setting so a greeting with a timer to switch from that greeting back to the default greeting. Sometimes I have a greeting that states "I'll be in meetings offsite and not be able to return calls until the next day". I'd like that to expire at 5pm and my default greeting used.
- Ease of support. Dialpad works well and requires less support.
- Scalable across the organization.
- It doesn't seem to require as much bandwidth as our old solution.
Dialpad is light-years ahead of Jabber.
- First, it actually works. Call quality is so much better, people think I'm using my desk phone instead of my PC or cellphone.
- Dialpad has a very usable voicemail message system.
- The caller list makes my most common calls available right on my desktop.
- The voice transcription is such a cutting edge feature. It's not 100%, but it's close enough I have a record of what we talked about!
