Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
It is used only by me, as replacement of my mobile phone.
- I can use my PC to make calls, which is convenient.
- I can send SMS and MMS messages very easily from my PC.
- All the calls are synced across all my devices.
- I can talk anywhere, even if mobile signal is weak.
- I can easily track voicemails.
- My contacts are synced with Office365, which is very convenient.
- It can add call memo option.
- I haven't used it long enough and currently using only one line. Considering its very affordable rate, if the service quality remains the same, I am sure it will provide significant ROI.
I used Google Voice free service. It helped me, however, I was getting tired of using their web interface. Sometimes, the call quality suffered a lot. Also, their SMS and MMS services were not convenient enough.
I used RingCentral almost 10 years ago and was not too happy with their interface. Also, their call quality was not that good, most likely due to lack of stable internet signal.
