Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
We used Dialpad Talk to call, leave voicemails, send texts, track performance, and to transcribe out conversations with our customers. It is used throughout the entire organization and allows us to ensure we are fully equipped to be able to provide excellent communication for our customers. It also allows us to use our company specific phone number and take calls on your mobile phone through the Dialpad Talk app.
- Dialpad Talk is a well rounded and convenient tool that allows its users to communicate with their customers in an easy and efficient way.
- The mobile friendly app allows me to take calls and communicate with customers while on-the-go.
- Dialpad Talk is able to transcribe the conversations you have, so that you have written dialogue of all your calls.
- The transcribed dialogue is not perfect. Sometimes the transcription would be very off from the actual words being spoken.
