Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad Talk has been used by my department in the agency. It was especially useful during the COVID-19 pandemic since we had to work from home and our clients were calling our personal numbers 24/7. Using Dialpad Talk has allowed us to keep our privacy and also we have been using the texting feature as a new part of our outreach and communication strategy.
Pros
- It allows me to stay in touch with my clients without compromising my privacy (giving out my personal phone number)
- I can use it on a laptop, desktop, and on my phone
- It can block calls in specific hours so you can have your regular work schedule and not receive phone calls after hours.
Cons
- I sometimes receive voicemails from random people and with very specific concerns.
- Maybe my Dialpad Talk number has been used before? I keep getting random calls.
- Sometimes the connection with ZenDesk doesn't work and I can't create tickets for my clients.
- Ability to set work hours
- Able to use it from cellphone or computer
- Connection with ZenDesk
- Ability to text, receive calls, and VM
- Great way of communicating with clients.
- Texting has been really effective in sending information and keeping in touch.
- Creating tickets on ZenDesk allows us to keep track of the conversations and objectives we have with our clients.
