Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We use dial-pad for all inbound and outbound sales leads as well as text messages. Helps us stay organized as far as volume and tracking past conversations. Having multiple lines that need to be tracked makes dial-pad a good fit for our company. I do have some issues with inbound calls that don't connect correctly.

I use dial-pad all day, every day. Its a great platform to keep me organized. I can easily search leads and find the history of the conversations to see where the client is in the sales flow. The app is also nice because I can use the service when I'm not at my desk. I can always be plugged in.
