We use this product to do texts and calls with program participants. We connect it to Salesforce and enjoy that feature.

- VERY difficult to reach someone for help
- I was told we could do mass marketing texts through DialPad Talk. After signing on, found out we cannot.
- It connects to the contact in Salesforce but does not connect to the "related to" pages in Salesforce.
- We were very interested in the transcript function and it worked very well in the demo. However, it is not that good in the actual product. To the point that we are no longer using this function.
- App can be glitchy at times.
- Calls can be slow to connect.

- It has increased our ability to reach clients quickly and log the calls.
Google Voice does not integrate to Salesforce, so we choose to go with DialPad.
