Overall Satisfaction with DigitalPersona Altus
We are currently using Digital Persona 5.3 and plan to start testing Altus in the near future. 5.3 is currently being used throughout our organization. The business problems that Digital Persona is addressing within our organization is with the use of biometric finger print scanning for hardware and software applications.
- DigitalPersona finger print ability to login with the keyboard and authentication for applications is second to none.
- Their product, service, and technical support is excellent.
- There is always room for improvement and DigitalPersona has shown its technical abilities in assisting us with our issues. I believe that the most important thing a company can do for its customers is always support their product to the best of their abilities and this in itself closes many gaps in room for improvement concerns.
- Not being able to access or resolve an issue for a company can issue a negative impact for a vendor. Digital Persona has always been there for us in times of dire strait fixes. Happy doctors and medical staff is the best ROI I have seen so far with this product and honestly could not put a price on this.
We are currently using biometric finger printing for logins and the Centricity application by GE.
