I am using DISCO myself and with clients for e-discovery.

I like DISCO's flat-rate pricing. It's more predictable than database-sized pricing, which people are leery of when looking at a new service.
Ease in upload is great with DISCO, but the search speed and document viewing are stellar!
DISCO support has been great.
I have limited experience with other e-discovery platforms.
The more documents and witnesses in a legal case, the more helpful DISCO will be. I love that I can import documents in multiple native formats using DISCO.
