Overall Satisfaction with DISCO Ediscovery

DISCO Ediscovery is our enterprise solution for e-discovery at the firm.

Pros

  • De-duplication
  • Ease of review
  • Tagging
  • Search and review

Cons

  • Should be easier to add tags while in other parts of the platform. i.e. I should be able to add a tag while setting up or managing a review.
  • Increased speed
  • Simplified e-discovery
Ease of use, search and review, and ease of production.
DISCO Ediscovery has decreased total cost and made pricing more predictable. Still some challenges around processing at times.
The interface is incredibly intuitive, which is very helpful.
We've had success easily pulling data from cell phones.
Ease of use and consistency in pricing.

DISCO Ediscovery is far easier to use, more efficient, and faster.

Very goo. DISCO Ediscovery is an easy-to-use solution but if you aren't going to bother to learn how to take control and use it for production, culling, searching, etc. then may as well use something else.
