Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg

[It's] Used by sales to find info about new and current customers.
  • Info on large accounts, enterprise specific.
  • Org charts are awesome.
  • Funding news is awesome.
  • This tool is HORRIBLE for any company under 200 employees.
  • We were oversold by our sales rep as a tool that can work for anyone other than comm/sales.
  • We were oversold.
  • Wasted time spent creating targeted lists for customers under 500 employees
  • Wasted time spent in importing contacts from ZoomInfo i,e. missing incomplete, inaccurate
  • Manual time spent importing contacts for smaller customers
  • Wrong data for smaller customers
This solution has accurate data.
If I need to get insights into a massive company it does a very good job; unfortunately I work with commercial and SMB customers.
