Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg

We use DiscoverOrg to research companies in our ABM focused campaigns and to research enterprise accounts. It is used in the sales department globally.
  • Good data collection.
  • Most data is relevant and frequently updated.
  • News alerts are timely.
  • Very expensive, the price per user amount is not sustainable or realistic.
  • Waiting to see how ZoomInfo integration works.
  • Great way to quickly research a target company.
  • Great level of detail.
Moot point now that DiscoverOrg purchased ZoomInfo.
DiscoverOrg is great for SaaS companies who need quick access to detailed company info and who focus on expertise level accounts. Previously, I would say they aren’t great for some accounts, but with the addition of ZoomInfo into their database, that might not be an issue now.
