  • I create my invoices using Salesforce and send them for eSignature using DocuSign
  • I have a custom MSA that is created in Salesforce and also sent via eSignature through DocuSign
  • I have a receipt of services that outlines work done and signed off by the client. This is automated via Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Support. I've had some good experiences and a couple where I've been told to look at a website to see if I can find my solution. The support could be more consistent when it comes to DocuSign with Salesforce.
  • Updates could be detailed a bit more. DocuSign is constantly adding new features, a good explanation of what is new and what is coming would be great.
  • DocuSign speeds up the communication channels so that my invoices and MSA documents are signed almost immediately.
  • DocuSign is so cutting edge that my clients have asked how they can get those features.
  • I have a great paper trail of all my engagements now that DocuSign is involved.
Great product... evolving with technology and needs. I don't need to go anywhere else for my eSignature when it works flawlessly.
Research your options and use the free trial to figure out what works for your company. DocuSign just seems to make sense for most of the people I work with. It's intuitive and quick to setup.
