Overall Satisfaction

  • Great user experience for members.
  • Easy to use for employees.
  • Better integration with third party vendors like our CORE system and other loan origination systems. This is a two way street and requires teh vendor to be willing as well.
  • DocuSign could do better at handling envelopes as an enterprise (better process for having multiple senders coming back to a general queue).
  • Greatly improved loan turnaround time when members cannot get to branches.
  • Helped us reach beyond our geographical location to service our members.
Great member experience, easy to use, not a lot of equally known competitors.
Have a plan going in to it - know what you are going to use it for so you can price the contract accordingly and ensure your third party vendors have integration.
