- Better integration with third party vendors like our CORE system and other loan origination systems. This is a two way street and requires teh vendor to be willing as well.
- DocuSign could do better at handling envelopes as an enterprise (better process for having multiple senders coming back to a general queue).
- Greatly improved loan turnaround time when members cannot get to branches.
- Helped us reach beyond our geographical location to service our members.
