We are moving our company to a paperless system and use DocuSign for all offer letters and internal forms that need to be signed company wide.
- Saves Paper
- Lets us know where the document is sitting, if there is a hangup
- Can easily resend the document
- Easy to put together
- Each time you sign, you have to "adopt" a signature
- Can get lost in e-mails if reminders aren't set up
