Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
We implemented DocuSign to help customers sign contracts for service with our organization without having to have printed paper contracts. The application is integrated into our CRM and GL system so we can streamline our onboarding process.
- Decent user interface
- Large user base making it well known
- Fairly easy to put a contract in and create the fields for signatures and fill-in.
- The hidden costs once you exceed 100 envelopes is INSANE.
- The hidden costs when wanting to integrate it with their API is ABSURD
- The aggressive nature of their account managers & high-pressure to sign expensive unexpected renewals is terrible.
- The system has made onboarding much easier with much less paperwork
- The costs are growing so quick that we are working on getting away from the platform due to the undocumented hidden fees.
At the time we picked DocuSign as it was familiar and appeared low-cost when you are just an entry user with only a few envelopes. Now that we see our costs going from even $480 / year to $9,000 / year we are working hard to look at other packages and get away from this absurdity.
