Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
We use DocuSign mostly in HR department for extending employment related documents. But I believe sales and legal use it for contract agreements as well (statements of work, etc.).
- Ease of document setup.
- Quick turnaround.
- Legally upholding (SOX compliant).
- Great for external users.
- Different access levels
- Have to upload documents (cannot edit in system).
- Just another system outside of HRIS.
- Quick turnaround on documents being fully executed.
- Sending to external candidates/exited employees.
- Hard to say - less paper.
- Paperless and efficient.
