Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We use DocuSign across our entire business of 12,000+, including Support Offices, Stores, and Distribution Centres. It enables efficient management of legal documents and other paperwork, and verified signatures, while reducing our carbon footprint.

We utilise DocuSign for:
  • Contract management, including new start onboarding and internal mobility.
  • Contractor management.
  • Administrative paperwork completion, including payroll forms, supplier negotiations, recruitment approvals.
  • Digital signing
  • Template setup
  • Powerforms automation
  • Acceptance compliance verification
  • Envelope transfers between DocuSign accounts
  • Bulk envelope transfers
  • Digital tracking of sending, viewing, acceptance, signing, etc.
  • Reporting functionality
  • Templates
  • Incredibly positive impact on sustainability in reducing our carbon footprint, as we have gone almost 100% fully digital on contract paperwork across the organisation.
  • Positive ROI on efficiencies for the contract team, reduced labour hours and better turnaround time for end-users
  • Increased consistency across the organisation
Adobe Acrobat Sign is less user-friendly and more suited to small scopes, or one-off documents. It lacks the use of templates that DocuSign has, which is what ultimately streamlines and delivers the consistency and efficiencies for the business.

Do you think DocuSign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with DocuSign's feature set?

Yes

Did DocuSign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of DocuSign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy DocuSign again?

Yes

Well suited to repetitive use of the same documents by utilising templates, which can be set up to preferences.
Drawback on looking 100% professional due to difficulty in aligning tags with existing word text.

Using DocuSign

Generally user-friendly once you have command of the basics, but also has a lot of nuances that can make it difficult to train others on. DocuSign University is a helpful tool, but understandably a lot of content to get through to become a well-versed user. A lot of different functionalities but only a few I use on a weekly basis.

Yes - Much prefer to use the desktop version, as the mobile interface makes it difficult especially in the preparation or sending of documents. Mobile interface is better suited to end-users signing pre-prepared documents.
