Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM

I send lots of contracts out between vendors and my clients. I needed a process to easily be able to track and edit and get contracts e-signed.

  • It was hard to navigate for simpler tasks, too many steps and processes.
  • See all stages of the contract
  • No significant impacts
I wanted a contract system to review and assess for the volume of contracts I was sending out. This was one of the first programs to review.

It's better for larger companies that need all the features the program has. If you need just a simple contract signed, there are less complex programs available.
