Overall Satisfaction with Domo
The Domo application is used across my entire organization, in all departments. It pulls data from all of the different reporting systems that are used across the company and creates a centralized dashboard. It helps our teams stay organized and easily locate where we need to make updates and changes in other systems to ensure our reporting is accurate.

- It was way more user friendly than complex platforms like Salesforce.
- It has a variety of dashboard formats and creates easy-to-read reporting so we can track RFP statuses, wins/losses, revenue, etc.
- It can be timely to build out custom reports.
- It is very costly.
- Saves time in pulling reporting
- Identifies gaps to create more accurate reporting
- Provides transparency across different departments
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
