Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect

DonorPerfect has been great for our small nonprofit. We use it to track donors, run reports, streamline online donations. We use it across the whole organization. It has been a huge improvement over our previous donor management software. The ability to track donors and see donor trends as a whole has been a great benefit.

  • Ease of running a variety of reports
  • Great customer support
  • Some reports are difficult to run, but easier with customer support
  • Each month we run reports to send thank you notes to donors. This is a huge positive impact.
Kindful was much less user friendly than DonorPerfect. We were frustrated in the analytics we were able to get from Kindful, as well as the clunkiness of their reports.
DonorPerfect support is fantastic. A great plus.

DonorPerfect is great for a small nonprofit. I would imagine it is good for a medium to large nonprofit as well.
