Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
DonorPerfect is being used to keep tract of all of our donors and their donations. It is being used by myself and my assistant on a daily basis. The program enables us to provide our Board of Director with a list of all the donors and their donation so that they can thank them and know how we are doing towards our fundraising goals.
- It is very used friendly and can be implemented and used almost immediately
- It includes Constant Contact FREE with the program
- It provides training programs on everything
- Their Customer Services is awesome
- It could provide some of the standard reports fundraisers need as canned reports
- It could provide optional salutations so you could mail to only one person - not both
- It could enable us to set up monthly giving categories without using their donation program
- Ease of use
- Inclusion of Constant Contract
- Reporting capabilities
- It allows us to tract our donors and see who has not made their yearly donation
- The yearly maintenance fee is relatively inexpensive
- It enables us to keep in contact with our donors to secure donations on a yearly basis
Although DonorSnap was less expensive, it did not provide the same ease of use. I purchased DonorSnap because of the price and very quickly realized I made a mistake. We used it less than 6 months before I converted to DonorPerfect. Not all donor management systems are the same... you get what you pay for!
