Overall Satisfaction with DonorScape
Our organization uses DonorScape to research prospective donors. It is being used by one department, Development Operations. It solves the question of whether or not prospective donors have the capacity or have the affinity to support our hospitals. It also provides us other philanthropic history as well as current and past board service history. DonorScape is a wonderful product!

- It needs to produce net worth calculations.
- It would be nice if it showed possible connections to other business associates.
- I recommend adding stock holdings.
- DonorScape has helped us positively identify prospects who have turned into donors.
- DonorScape has helped us make business decisions on hiring based on the number of prospects we have identified.
iWave is very similar to DonorScape for researching wealth capacity and donor affinity. They are both different from each other and can provide different data points. iWave provides SEC filings and different capacity ratings. I prefer DonorScape when looking at the capacity of a prospect, but iWave will give a Net Worth and DonorScape doesn't.
