I currently use Dropbox to view project plans for projects that are bidding in the Great Raleigh Durham Area. It allows me to view details and specifications with in my scope of work, and I can also communicate with others that are using Dropbox to work their scope of work. I can also communicate with the contractor that has requested a quote for my scope. I can see any mark ups or revisions as they are added.
- It is easy to navigate thru the website
- you can see what other users are currently on line viewing the same files
- you can communicate easily with the other users
- Because I am a limited user, I do not use other area's of Dropbox, but I would like to become more familiar with the software, but sometimes when I venture out to try to learn more, I get lost in the content trying to understand what they are referring to.
- Because I am a very small business, using this software to view plans and bid projects allows me to do so with out having to pay for access to a plan room through Blue Book or AGC. This is important when you are 100% self funded. Plan rooms are very expensive.

Dropbox is what I use most often, other that Adobe. Dropbox is very similar to viewing plans through Adobe, as a matter of fact, I believe adobe is the actual program that Dropbox opens the plans in.
