Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is being used by several of our offices as a connection between offices. With being in the healthcare business it is important to keep things confidential and Dropbox helps us maintain that vs using email.
We also have telecommuters that can easily access any information via Dropbox and keep their information on Dropbox. Dropbox also helps the transition of reports, documents and sheets among computers, tablets and cell phones.
  • Available through various media (computers, tablets, phones).
  • Uses standard Microsoft Office forms - no need to learn new software.
  • Easy step by step guides to help you lay out your Dropbox.
  • Quickly updates in real time.
  • Mirror the Excel sheets to offline Excel sheets.
  • Faster loading when switching between sheets.
  • More variety on how to organize list of sheets/documents.
  • Several offices can collaborate on documents in real time.
  • Additional storage options can be pricey.
  • Has open the option of telecommuting due to ease of document share.
Have not had a need to use support.
