Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is used in our organization both for work related document storage and also personal document storage. It allows for the streamlined storage of documents in one place. It ensures that our documents can be stored and accessed securely and also found easily when needed. We are also able to share access with other parties when required

- Installation could be more user friendly sometimes one might get a bit lost when installing on desktop.
- Increase file storage space for free users would be great if more storage was offered for free users.
- The uploading time could be faster which will speed up the time when uploading files making it time efficient

- Documents can be found easily with the search function
We found that Dropbox is easier to use than One Drive, Google Drive and Stacks. Dropbox app is reliable and offers stability as the security features are great giving us peace of mind. The uploading is also much easier to use and more convenient then the others we have used.
