Dropbox Sign is the most superior remote signing software to date!
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
Dropbox is great. Their new signing feature is great. I use it to get documents and agreements signed from my end as well as my clients. I also use Dropbox to store my invoices, price lists, and important business documents. It also helps me store my marketing content so I can keep everything in one place.
Pros
- East importing of documents.
- Easy signing for all parties.
Cons
- Not sure.
- Similar base pricing as their competitor DocuSign and hello sign but with unlimited documents. This is a winner.
- Allows for remote signatures reducing paper waste.
Back when I was using DocuSign, it’s the base rate was $15.99 a month for five documents. Dropbox essential’s pricing is $15 for unlimited documents. THAT'S INSANE!! That alone keeps me loving the product. As previously mentioned, DocuSign started giving me issues with billing. One random month it decided it no longer liked any of my cards. No matter how many cards I added, it kept telling me I had “issues with payment.” After trying to add three different cards and not getting anywhere, I switched to Hellosign. Shortly after I joined hello sign, I noticed the new Dropbox sign, so I decided to drop them and switch to your product, given how much I already loved and trusted Dropbox with my document storage capabilities.
