Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
Used for sending documents to prescribers.
Pros
- Uploading multiple documents in batches.
- Easy to copy paste fields for Signatures, names and dates.
Cons
- NEEDS to have a template that allows auto-copy/pasting of fields across batches of documents, like in competitor platforms like SigningHub. Have spoken to support and did a video session requesting this feature.
- Ability to archive, hide, and/or password protect documents.
- Also NEEDS to be able to keep the original file name when signed, as using the auto-applied rename across documents causes serious confusion for us and end user.
- Has cost us significantly more in having staff trying to figure out each document after signing since the name has been changed by Dropbox Sign.
SigningHub allows template application of the same fields (e.g., signature, name, date) across all uploaded documents, saving significant amounts of time. It also keeps the original file name, which allows easy reconciling of documents after signing. This is crucial for us and others in our industry to be able to continue using Dropbox Sign.
