Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud (fomerly Druva inSync, Phoenix & CloudRanger)
We are very impressed with how Druva inSync allows the business to support its own protection needs without involving IT personnel. It has a single dashboard to monitor backup of all endpoints. One of the best features is legal hold where we can hold data based on business needs and it can be retrieved.
- Endpoint data backup without any user intervention.
- Data compressions (dedupe).
- Self-service portal for business user to manage backup and restore.
- Automate report to end-users in case of backup failure - report can be further improved.
- Overall it has reduced my opex cost by 25%.
